Patients should have their medical records available from a qualified physician. Once you obtain patient certification from us, we will send your information to the NYS Medical Marijuana Program for revue. The medical marijuana program will send you a Marijuana Registry I.D. Card after the application is approved. Once you have received your Registry I.D. card, you can then take it to any licensed Dispensary in the State of New York.
